SOGEFI S.p.A., listed at the Italian Stock Exchange STAR segment, reports the corporate events scheduled for 2012:

The Company, pursuant to the Italian Stock Exchange Regulations, will not publish the interim report for the last quarter 2011 since it will make available to the public the 2011 annual financial report together with the other documents referred to in Article 154-ter, paragraph 1, of the Consolidated Law on Financial within 90 days of the close of the relevant financial year.
